TP A/G

The TP A/G test provides the total protein level in the blood and calculates the ratio of albumin to globulin (A/G ratio). This ratio helps assess the balance between two major protein groups that play key roles in maintaining body function—albumin for fluid balance and transport, and globulins for immune response. Abnormal results may indicate liver or kidney disease, malnutrition, or immune-related disorders.
